Terms of Use
Effective July 12, 2026 · Version 2026-07-12
These Terms govern access to Ramani Group OS, a private company operating system. By accepting electronically or using the service after acceptance, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized business use
Ramani Group OS is a private business system for Ramani Group and its authorized affiliates, employees, contractors, advisors, and invited collaborators. Access is personal, revocable, and limited to legitimate company work. You may not share credentials, bypass permissions, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, or use company information for an unauthorized purpose.
2. Confidentiality and company records
Projects, financials, tenant and vendor information, communications, files, credentials, reports, forecasts, and connected-system data may contain confidential, proprietary, personal, legally privileged, or regulated information. Users must protect that information, follow assigned access levels, and promptly report suspected loss, disclosure, or misuse. Company records remain subject to Ramani Group retention, legal-hold, investigation, and deletion policies.
3. Workplace monitoring
To protect the company and administer work, the system records sign-ins, IP addresses, device and browser information, access events, changes, messages, file activity, approvals, connected accounts, and audit history. Time-clock features may collect precise or approximate location at clock-in and clock-out when enabled. Subject to applicable law, authorized owners and administrators may review employee activity, tasks, attendance, messages, files, and system use. Users should have no expectation that business activity within this system is private from Ramani Group.
4. Connected services and email
When a user or administrator connects AppFolio, Google, Microsoft, email, storage, or another service, the user authorizes Ramani Group OS to access, copy, organize, display, and process the data permitted by that connection. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability. Users must connect only accounts and data they are authorized to use.
5. Ravi and automated output
Ravi and other automated features may summarize, classify, extract, forecast, draft, or recommend actions. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect and does not replace professional, legal, accounting, engineering, safety, employment, or investment judgment. Users are responsible for checking source records and obtaining required approvals before relying on or acting on an output.
6. Data accuracy and approvals
Users must provide accurate information and may not falsify time, location, financial, project, tenant, construction, or compliance records. Electronic approvals and acknowledgements made through an authenticated account may be treated as the user’s action. No feature changes signature, approval, procurement, or recordkeeping requirements imposed by law or Ramani Group policy.
7. Security and access
Ramani Group may require identity verification, multifactor controls, role restrictions, device safeguards, and renewed acceptance. Access may be limited or suspended immediately to protect people, property, systems, investigations, or legal obligations. Users must use reasonable security practices and notify Ramani Group promptly of unauthorized access.
8. Ownership
Ramani Group and its licensors retain all rights in the service, company configurations, branding, workflows, and company data, subject to third-party rights. These terms do not grant users ownership of company records or a right to continued access. Feedback may be used to improve the system without compensation.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided for internal operational support and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramani Group disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
10. Responsibility and enforcement
Users are responsible for activity under their accounts and for losses caused by intentional misuse, unauthorized disclosure, fraud, or violation of law or company policy, to the extent permitted by law. Violations may result in access removal, disciplinary action, contract remedies, or referral to authorities. Employment and contractor rights are governed by applicable agreements, policies, and law, not by access to this service.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey unless a binding agreement requires another forum. Ramani Group may update these terms; material revisions require a new recorded acceptance before continued use.
12. Contact
Questions, security reports, or legal notices concerning Ramani Group OS should be sent to ramanigroup@ramanigroup.net or Ramani Group, PO Box 168, Roselle Park, NJ 07204.
